摘  要:采用硬脂酸为相变材料,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯作为柔性基体,通过紫外光固化法快速制备了一种柔性、形状稳定的新型相变复合材料。通过SEM、FT-IR、DSC、万能试验机和渗漏实验对相变复合材料的结构与性能进行了测试,实验结果表明:当硬脂酸的质量分数为50%时,相变温度为63.4℃,相变焓为100.99J/g;其表现出优异的力学性能,抗拉伸强度为2.13MPa,断裂伸长率可达1541.2%;相变复合材料在渗漏实验中没有明显的液体泄露,质量损失很小,定形效果和热稳定性良好。A new composite phase change material with flexibility and shape stability was rapidly prepared by UV curing method.We used polyurethane acrylate as a flexible polymer matrix and stearic acid as an energy storage material.The structure and properties of the composite phase change material were tested by SEM,FT-IR,DSC,universal testing machine and leakage experiments.The experimental results show that:the mass fraction of stearic acid is 50%,the phase change temperature is 63.4℃,and the enthalpy of phase change is 100.99J/g;it shows excellent mechanical properties,with tensile strength of 2.13MPa and elongation at break up to 1541.2%.The composite phase change material has no obvious leakage of liquid phase in the leakage experiment,very little mass loss,good shape-stabilized and thermal stability.
