摘 要:为了研究泥岩地层中打入桩贯入特性,探究其承载力不足的原因,在泥岩场地上对6根PHC管桩进行了一系列现场试验。利用低应变动测、桩侧钻探取样对比分析等方法研究了打入桩的承载特性及破坏原因,分别考虑了泥岩遇水软化、超孔隙水压力、夹杂层、桩身破坏、桩身上浮等多种因素对预制打入桩承载力的影响。结果表明:泥岩地基打入桩承载力与是否浸水、时效长短无明显关联;承载力低也并不是桩身破坏、桩身上浮、施工不规范所致,而是明显受打桩锤锤重、锤击总数的影响,即受桩端泥岩的扰动损伤程度的影响。同时,不排除受桩端泥岩夹杂层及非均质的影响。打入桩破坏前无明显预兆,桩的破坏荷载大小与泥岩性质以及打桩损伤密切相关。In order to study the penetration characteristics of driven piles in mudstone strata and explore the reasons for their insufficient bearing capacity,a series of field tests were carried out on six PHC pipe piles on the mudstone site.The bearing characteristics and failure causes of the driven piles were studied by means of low strain measurement and comparative analysis of pile side drilling sampling.The effects of various factors such as mudstone water softening,super pore water pressure,inclusion layer,pile body failure,pile floating,etc.on the bearing capacity of prefabricated driven piles were considered.The results show that the bearing capacity of the pile driven into the mudstone foundation is not obviously related to whether it is immersed in water and the length of aging.The low bearing capacity is not also caused by the failure of the pile body,the floating of the pile body,and the irregular construction,but is obviously affected by the weight of the pile hammer and the total number of hammers,that is,by the degree of disturbance damage of the mudstone at the end of the pile.At the same time,the influence of pile end mudstone inclusions and heterogeneity is not excluded.There is no obvious warning before the failure of the pile,and the failure load of the pile is closely related to the nature of the mudstone and the damage of the pile.
