摘  要:在恢复高考制度以后,我国对高校招生自主权以及相关选拔录取制度的建立越来越重视。从1988年在全国高校范围内启动保送招生以来,高校自主选拔录取的历史嬗变大致分为四个阶段。其嬗变特征为统一到自主、单一到多元、徘徊到渐进,但高校自主选拔录取也存在制度设计、实施过程和考核标准上的问题。聚焦当前,本研究提出应保障过程公平与结果公平、健全“强基计划”的支持与保障渠道、增强自主选拔录取的公信力这三项建议,希冀对我国未来高校自主选拔录取的改革提供一定的借鉴意义。After the restoration of the college entrance examination system,our country has paid more and more attention to the establishment of college enrollment autonomy and related selection and admission systems.Since the introduction of recommended enrollment in colleges and universities nationwide in 1988,the historical evolution of independent selection and enrollment in colleges and universities can be roughly divided into four stages.The characteristics of its evolution are from unity to autonomy,from single to multiple,from wandering to gradual change.However,there are also problems in the system design,implementation process and assessment standards of independent selection and admission in colleges and universities.Focusing on the present,this study puts forward three suggestions:to ensure the fairness of the process and results,to improve the support and guarantee channels of the Strong Foundation Program,and to enhance the credibility of independent selection and admission.Hope to provide a certain reference for the future reform of independent selection and admission of colleges and universities in China.
