摘  要:为研究CFRP铝合金复合管海洋混凝土柱的轴压性能,以CFRP粘贴位置和CFRP粘贴层数为变化参数,设计并制作18个试件进行单调静力加载轴心受压试验,观测其受力破坏过程形态,获取荷载-位移全过程曲线和截面不同材料应变分布数据,并对其破坏现象、承载力、吸能量和各组分应变与横向变形等进行细致分析。研究结果表明,试件破坏时CFRP均为拉断破坏,其中无内贴CFRP试件破坏形态为铝合金管腰鼓状破坏、核心混凝土压碎,内贴CFRP试件铝合金管及核心混凝土均为剪切破坏;CFRP与铝合金管有良好的变形协调性能;CFRP可以增强铝合金管海洋混凝土的极限承载力和吸能能力,且在CFRP层数相同时,内贴CFRP增强幅度更大;CFRP能有效抑制试件的损伤发展;最后提出了CFRP铝合金复合管海洋混凝土柱的轴压承载力计算公式。In order to study the bearing capacity under axial compression of marine concrete flled CFRP-aluminum alloy tube columns,with CFRP pasting position and the number of CFRP layers taken as the variation parameters,18 specimens were designed and fabricated for monotonically static axial compression experiments,their failure processes were observed,the whole process curves of load-displacement and the strain distribution data of different materials in sections were obtained.Furthermore,the failure pattern,bearing capacity,energy absorption,component strain and lateral deformation of the specimens were analyzed in detail.The results show that the failure pattern of CFRP is tensile failure,and the failure patterns of specimens without inside pasting of CFRP appear to be waist drum-shaped failure of aluminum tube and crushing of concrete,aluminum tube and concrete of specimens with inside pasting of CFRP appear to be shear failure.CFRP and aluminum alloy tube possess good performance of deformation coordination.CFRP can enhance the ultimate bearing capacity and energy absorption capacity of marine concrete flled CFRP aluminum alloy tube columns,and when the number of CFRP layers is the same,the strengthening range due to the inside pasting of CFRP shall be greater.CFRP can effectively inhibit the damage development of specimens.Finally,the calculation formula of bearing capacity of marine concrete filled CFRP aluminum alloy tube columns is proposed.
