摘 要:呼吸道过敏性疾病是由异质性炎性免疫介导的疾病,目前已在全球构成了一个公共卫生问题。最近研究显示,过敏性疾病患病率的显著增加与人体早期定殖微生物的变化有关,早期生命中人类微生物群和免疫细胞之间的相互作用在免疫系统的发展中起着关键作用。因此,"健康的"微生物群的定殖是保持终身健康的关键因素。宿主微生物群多样性和代谢活动的变化,使人体更易受到过敏性疾病的侵扰。文章概述了关于微生物群的改变对过敏性疾病的发生发展的潜在作用和如何调节这些不同身体区域的微生物群组成作为预防和治疗过敏性疾病的潜在策略。Respiratory allergic diseases are diseases mediated by heterogeneous inflammatory immunity and now constitute a public health problem worldwide.Recent studies have shown that the significant increase in the prevalence of allergic diseases is associated with changes in the human early colonizing microbes,and that the interaction between the human microbiota and immune cells during early life plays a key role in the development of the immune system.Thus,the colonization of a"healthy"microbiota is a key factor in maintaining lifelong health.Changes in host microbiota diversity and metabolic activity make the human body more susceptible to allergic diseases.The recent information on the potential role of microbiota alterations on the development of allergic diseases and how to modulate the microbiota composition of these different body regions as a potential strategy for the prevention and treatment of allergic diseases were reviewed.
