摘 要:以里必煤矿2^(#)总回风巷穿越陷落柱段巷道维护工程为研究背景,分析了2^(#)总回风巷穿越陷落柱施工安全与巷道围岩稳定的主要影响因素,并提出了2^(#)总回风巷穿越陷落柱施工安全和围岩控制对策。在探明里必煤矿2^(#)总回风巷陷落柱发育特征的基础上,对陷落柱进行超前注浆加固是保障巷道施工安全的有效手段。同时,为了保证2^(#)总回风巷穿越陷落柱段的围岩稳定,对巷道围岩支护方案进行了优化设计。工程实践表明超前注浆加固和优化后围岩控制方案能够保障里必煤矿2^(#)总回风巷穿越陷落柱段的施工安全与巷道围岩稳定,巷道围岩控制效果良好。Take the collapse column exposed in the tunneling process of No.2 main return-air roadway in Libi coal mine as the research object,analyzes the main influencing factors of construction safety and surrounding rock stability of No.2 main return-air roadway crossing collapse column,and puts forward the construction safety and surrounding rock control countermeasures of No.2 main return-air roadway crossing collapse column.On the basis of exploring the development characteristics of collapse column in No.2 main return-air roadway in Libi coal mine,the advance grouting reinforcement of collapse column is an effective means to ensure the safety of roadway construction.At the same time,in order to ensure the stability of surrounding rock of No.2 main return-air roadway through the collapse column section,the surrounding rock support scheme of roadway was optimized.The engineering practice shows that the advanced grouting reinforcement and the optimized surrounding rock control scheme can the construction safety and surrounding rock stability of No.2 main return-air roadway crossing the subsided column section in Libi coal mine,and the surrounding rock control effect of roadway is excellent.
