摘 要:为研究石门揭煤过正断层煤岩体力学的特征,通过建立石门揭煤过正断层煤岩体的力学模型,运用FLAC~(3D)数值计算并理论分析了石门揭煤过断层煤岩体的力学特征,石门揭煤过正断层时,工作面离断层越近,工作面顶端应力和竖向位移越大。竖向位移和应力偏大是引起揭煤工作面顶端应力集中的主要原因,也是冒顶的主要原因。为了石门揭煤的安全,现场实测了煤层瓦斯相关参数,建立穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采半径考察模型,结合瓦斯抽采数据统计计算得出不同抽采时间条件下的抽采半径。在此基础上,合理布置预抽钻孔,同时施工超前煤体加固钻孔联合抽采煤层瓦斯,起到预抽的同时,也对煤体进行了加固,加强工作面煤岩体支护等综合防控措施,保证石门揭煤过正断层的安全。In order to study the mechanical characteristics of the coal rock mass in cross-hole excavation coal passing normal fault,by establishing the mechanical model of cross-hole coal excavation coal rock mass passing through normal fault,using FLAC3D numerical calculation and theoretical analysis of the mechanical characteristics of Shimen coal excavation coal rock mass passing through the fault,when the cross-hole coal excavation passes through the normal fault,the closer the distance between the working face and the fault,the greater the equivalent stress and vertical displacement at the top of the working face.The vertical displacement and the relatively large stress are the main reasons for the stress concentration at the top of the coal excavation face,and also the main reason for the roof fall.In order to ensure the safety of coal excavation in cross-hole,the relevant parameters of coal seam gas were measured on the spot,and a gas drainage radius inspection model of through-bed drilling was established.On this basis,the pre-drainage holes were reasonably arranged,and at the same time,the coal-body reinforcement holes were constructed in advance to jointly extract the coal seam gas,which not only played the role of pre-drainage,but also reinforced the coal body and strengthened the coal-rock mass support of the working face,and other comprehensive prevention and control measures to ensure the safety of Shimen excavation coal crossing the normal fault.
