摘  要:针对中厚煤层大断面半煤岩巷道围岩破碎严重、易发生冒顶片帮事故的问题,以杨家村煤矿5-1_上煤层工作面顺槽为工程背景,采用工程类比、FLAC3D数值模拟及工业性应用等技术手段,开展了浅埋中厚煤层大断面半煤岩巷道围岩稳定性控制技术研究及应用效果评价。采用围岩松动圈钻孔成像仪对顺槽不同深度处围岩的破裂形态进行了探测,围岩破裂区范围为0~1.8 m,属于中大松动圈范围。采用CMW3.7矿用本安型锚杆无损检测仪开展了锚杆受力无损快速检测,锚杆轴力为设计锚固力的60.47%~88.71%,锚杆受力适中。矿压监测结果表明,锚网索梁支护结构有效地控制了大断面半煤岩巷道的变形,顺槽顶板下沉量为63~76 mm、两帮移近量为41~59 mm,可满足安全使用的要求。In view of problems of serious broken surrounding rock and roof fall and rib spalling accident of large section semi coal-rock roadway in medium thick coal seam.Taking crossheading of 5-lup coal seam working face of Yangjiacun coal mine as engineering background.Research on rock stability control technology and application effect evaluation of large section semi coal-rock roadway in shallow and medium thick coal seam was caried out by means of engineering analogy,FLAC3D numerical simulation and industrial application.Borehole imaging instrument of surrounding rock loose circle was used to detect the fracture morphology of surrounding rock at different depths of crossheading.Range of surrounding rock fracture zone is about O-1.8 m,which belongs to the middle range of large loose circle.The CMW3.7 mine intrinsicsafe anchor nondestructive testing instrument was used to carry out the rapid nondestructive testing of force,axial force of anchor was between 60.47%and 88.71%of designed anchor force,and anchor force was moderate.Mine pressure monitoring results show,anchor-net cable-beam support structure effectively controls deformation of large section coal-rock roadway,roof subsidency is between 63 and 76 mm and crossheading side displacement is between 41 and 59 mm under condition of anchor-net cable-beam support,can meet requirements of safe use.
