摘 要:在国内外复合坚硬顶板研究的基础上,通过理论分析、室内试验、数值模拟和现场监测,研究了不连续坚硬顶板的矿压特性和变化规律。充分了解五家沟煤矿5-1#煤15304工作面采场顶板岩层的结构特征,然后基于地质特征和矿压显现规律对顶板赋存进行矿压强度分区。采用UDEC数值方法对15304工作面对应的2个钻孔条件下顶板垮落特征及矿压显现进行分析。最后现场采集的数据结果表明:工作面初采位置处于钻孔403矿压显现强烈区域,且与矿压强度分区和数值模拟结果的范围一致,保障了各工作面安全回采。Based on the research of composite hard roof at home and abroad,study the rock pressure characteristics and variation law of discontinuous hard roof through theoretical analysis,laboratory test,numerical simulation and field monitoring.Fully understand the structural characteristics of roof strata in 15304 working face of No.5-'coal in Wujiagou coal mine,and then divide the roof occurrence into strata pressure intensity zones based on geological characteristics and strata pressure behavior law.UDEC numerical method is used to analyze the roof caving characteristics and strata behaviors under the conditions of two boreholes corresponding to 15304 working face.Finally,the data collected on the spot show that the initial mining position of the working face is located in the area with strong ground pressure in borehole 403,which is consistent with the zoning of ground pressure intensity and the range of numerical simulation results,thus ensuring the safe mining of all working faces.
