摘  要:平煤集团为煤层群开采条件,为了更好地开展瓦斯治理工作,采用FLUENT数值分析软件模拟在无煤柱开采条件下,抽采前后戊8煤层采空区瓦斯分布特征,从而为高抽巷抽采钻孔的布置提供参考。研究表明:随着回风横贯距离工作面距离的增加,回风隅角处的瓦斯体积分数逐渐减小,且根据数值模拟结果及现场实际情况,综合确定高抽巷抽采钻孔应布置在垂高14.75倍处最佳,抽采后采空区体积分数明显减小;优化设计了高位瓦斯抽采钻孔的布置,分析钻孔抽采效果,发现高位裂隙带瓦斯浓度基本稳定在23%~45%,瓦斯抽采纯量稳定在12~18 m^(3)/min。表明高位裂隙带瓦斯抽采浓度和纯量基本稳定。Pingmei Shenma group is a coal seam group mining condition.In order to better carry out the gas control work,FLUENT numerical analysis software is used to simulate the gas distribution characteristics in the goaf of V:coal seam before and after drainage under the condition of no coal pillar mining,so as to provide reference for the layout of drainage boreholes in high drainage roadway.The research shows that with the increase of the distance between the return air and the working face,the gas volume fraction at the return air corner gradually decreases.According to the numerical simulation results and the actual situation of the site,it is comprehensively determined that the extraction drilling hole of high extraction roadway should be arranged at 14.75 times the vertical height,and the volume fraction of the goaf decreases significantly after drainage.The layout of high-level gas drainage boreholes is optimized,and the drainage effect is analyzed.It is found that the gas concentration in high-level fracture zone is basically stable in 23%-45%,and the stable range of gas drainage pure quantity is 12-18 m^(3)/min.It shows that the concentration and purity of gas drainage in high fracture zone are basically stable.
