摘 要:为了解决老虎洞磷矿1^(#)进风井穿越溶蚀孔隙型含水层井筒防治水难题,采用COMSOL软件渗流模块模拟了浆液扩散范围。采用双孔注浆模型研究得到注浆孔合理孔间距为4.5 m,并进行了1^(#)进风井地面预注浆工程设计,确定了钻孔布置形式、注浆段高和注浆压力。详细介绍了1^(#)进风井地面预注浆工程施工情况,分析了注浆过程中地层透水率变化情况。注浆结束后,压水试验表明,地层透水性明显降低,地层透水率降低至0.5 Lu以下,地层由中等透水性地层转变为微透水地层。1^(#)进风井井筒剩余涌水量为5.17 m^(3)/h,注浆堵水效果显著。研究成果可为西部地区类似条件井筒水害防治提供技术参考。In order to solve the problem of water prevention in the No.1 air intake shaft of Laohudong phosphate mine,the seepage module of COMSOL software was used to simulate the slurry diffusion range.The reasonable spacing of grouting holes of 4.5 m was obtained by using the two holes grouting model.The surface pre-grouting engineering design of the No.1 air intake shaft was carried out,and the borehole arrangement,grouting section height and grouting pressure were determined.The construction of surface pre-grouting of No.1 air intake shaft was introduced in detail,and the change o permeable rate during grouting was analyzed.The water pressure test shows that the permeable rate o the stratum is significantly reduced.The permeable rate of each grouting section was reduced to less than 0.5 Lu after the completion of grouting,and the formation is changed from medium permeable formation to slightly permeable formation.The residual water inflow rate of the No.1 air intake shaft is estimated to be 5.17 m~3/h,and the water plugging effect of grouting is remarkable.The research results can provide technical reference for shaft water prevention in similar conditions in the western region.
