复合高吸水树脂制备及抑制煤自燃应用研究

摘  要:针对现有防治煤自燃材料流动性差、降温效果差、不环保等问题,制备了复合高吸水树脂(SAR)并应用于抑制煤自燃中。测定并表征其吸水性、保水性、官能团与微观形貌,采用煤自燃程序升温装置分析其阻化性能,并进行现场试验。该复合高吸水树脂具有良好的吸水性和保水性,SAR在超纯水中吸水完全溶胀后吸水倍率可达762.6 g/g,保水性最低可达74%。红外光谱与扫描电镜表明复合SAR接枝成功且具有稳定三维结构。程序升温结果表明,相比原煤样0.4wt%的复合高吸水树脂处理煤样阻化效果较好,180℃时耗氧速率、CO与CO_(2)产生率较原煤分别降低了75.7%、72.5%和79.3%。在鲍店煤矿7302综放面隅角隔离墙后应用填充,发现该材料可有效降低CO体积分数,并保持在38×10^(-6)以下。In view of the problems of poor fluidity,poor cooling effect and non-environmental protection of the existing materials for the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion,the composite superabsorbent resin is applied to the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion.Its water absorption,water retention functional groups and microscopic morphologyand are measured ang characterized.The programmed temperature rise device for coal spontaneous combustion is used to analyze its inhibition performance,and field tests are carried out.The starch based superabsorbent resin has good water absorption and water retention.After complete water absorption and swelling the water absorption rate can reach 762.6 g/g after the SAR is fully swollen,and the water retention rate can reach the lowest 74%.Infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy showed that the composite SAR was successfully grafted and had a stable three-dimensional structure.The temperatureprogrammed results show that compared with the raw coal sample,the 0.4wt%composite superabsorbent resin has a better inhibitory effect on the coal sample,and the oxygen consumption rate,CO and CO_(2)production rate at 180℃are reduced by 75.7%,72.5%and 79.3%,respectively,compared with the raw coal.In Baodian coal mine,7302 fully mechanized caving face corner partition wall was filled with filling,and it was found that the material can effectively reduce the CO volume fraction and keep it below 38×10^(-6).
