摘 要:为研究采煤机滚筒截割含夹矸煤层的载荷特性,利用Pro/E构建采煤机螺旋滚筒的三维模型,运用离散元软件EDEM,确定不同厚度的含夹矸模拟煤壁,建立滚筒截割夹矸的离散元模型,研究不同夹矸厚度下的载荷变化规律。结果表明:含夹矸工况下,滚筒所受截割阻力大于牵引阻力;随着夹矸厚度的增加,滚筒截割阻力、牵引阻力均逐渐增大;滚筒平均载荷与最值载荷逐渐增大,平均截割阻力、平均牵引阻力、平均轴向力分别为15、13、3 kN,截割阻力最值、牵引阻力最值、轴向力最值分别为45、42、35 kN。该研究可为采煤机截割复杂煤层事故频发原因分析提供参考依据。In order to study the load characteristics of shearer drum cutting gangue containing coal seams,the three-dimensional model of shearer spiral drum is constructed by using Pro/E,and the discrete element software EDEM is used to determine the simulated coal wall with different thickness of gangue,establish the discrete element model of drum cutting gangue,and study the load change law under different thickness of gangue.The results show that the cutting resistance of the drum is greater than the traction resistance under the condition of containing gangue;with the increase of gangue thickness,the cutting resistance and traction resistance of the drum gradually increase;the average load and the maximum load of the drum gradually increase,and the average cutting resistance,average traction resistance and average axial force are 15,13 and 3 kN respectively.The maximum cutting resistance,maximum traction resistance and maximum axial force are 45,42 and 35 kN respectively.This study can provide a reference basis for the analysis of frequent accidents caused by shearer cutting complex coal seams.
