摘 要:为了研究周向畸变进气对风机内部瞬态流场的影响,采用SSTκ-ω湍流模型对压入式矿用对旋主通风机装置全流道内的三维流动进行数值模拟,详细分析了周向畸变进气条件下对旋风机的内流特性和性能。结果表明:周向畸变进气导致对旋风机的全压和效率下降,稳定裕度减小,且对大流量工况下的风机性能影响较大;周向畸变流过前级叶轮后有所削弱,但并未完全消除,畸变区沿周向发生了偏移,其对后级叶轮内部流动的恶化程度明显减弱;前级叶轮畸变进口处相对于畸变中心和出口处流动状态有所改善,但叶片的做功能力相对较弱;即使在设计工况流量下,周向畸变也使前级叶轮畸变区的叶顶区域出现了轴向反流和“突尖型”失速先兆,但该失速先兆并未向畸变区之外传播,前级叶轮产生的是畸变区内的部分失速而非整个前级叶轮的单级失速。In order to study the effect of circumferentially distorted intake air on the transient flow field inside the fan,the SST k-w turbulence model was used to numerically simulate the three-dimensional flow in the full flow channel of forced mine disrotatory main fan,and the internal flow characteristics and performance of the disrotatory main fan under the condition of circumferential distorted inlet are analyzed in detail.The results show that the total pressure and efficiency of the disrotatory main fan are reduced,the stability margin is reduced,and the disrotatory main fan performance is greatly affected under large flow conditions.The circumferential distortion is weakened after flowing through the front stage impeller,but it is not completely eliminated.The distortion zone shifts along the circumferential direction,and its deterioration to the internal flow of the rear stage impeller is significantly weakened.Compared with the distortion center and outlet,the flow state at the inlet of the front stage impeller is improved,but the work ability of the blade is relatively weak.Even under the rated condition,the circumferential distortion also causes the axial counter flow and the spike stall inception in the tip area of the distortion area of the front stage impeller,but the stall inception does not spread outside the distortion area.The front stage impeller produces partial stall in the distortion area rather than the single-stage stall of the whole front stage impeller.
