摘  要:为了改善煤泥浮选效果,提高选煤厂经济效益,以山西某选煤厂细煤泥为例进行了提质增效试验研究。通过工业分析、元素分析、粒度分析和XRD分析研究了煤样的基本特征。在常规浮选试验的基础上,对煤泥进行了高效调浆浮选提质试验研究和经济效益分析。结果表明,一次浮选难以获得合格精煤,须采用粗选+精选的二次浮选工艺。当矿浆浓度100 g/L,柴油和仲辛醇用量分别为0.765 kg/t和73.8 g/t时,与未调浆相比,高效调浆后精选段精煤灰分基本不变,精煤产率从56.64%增加至62.32%,可燃体回收率从69.90%增加至74.91%。高效调浆对该厂煤泥的浮选提质效果显著,粗略经济分析表明,按照100万t/a的原煤入洗量,25%入浮煤泥含量计算,经高效调浆预处理后能为企业增收1 750万元/a。In order to improve the flotation of coal slime and increase the economic benefits for coal preparation plants,a study on improving quality and efficiency of flotation was conducted using a fine coal sample from Shanxi.The basic characteristics of coal samples were studied through proximate analysis,element analysis,particle size analysis and XRD analysis.On the basis of the conventional flotation test,the high-efficiency conditioning flotation and economic benefit analysis were conducted.The results show that it is difficult to obtain qualified clean coal by one-stage flotation process,therefore a roughing-cleaning flotation process must be adopted.When the slurry concentration is 100 g/L and the dosages of diesel and sec-octanol are 0.765 kg/t and 73.8 g/t,respectively,compared with no conditioning treatment,the ash content of the clean coal in the cleaning stage after high-efficiency conditioning is basically unchanged.The clean coal yield increased from 56.64%to 62.32%,and the combustibles recovery rate increased from 69.90%to 74.91%as well,respectively.High-efficiency conditioning significantly improves the flotation performance.Rough economic analysis shows that according to the amount of raw coal washed in 1 million tons/year,25%into the floating slime content,after high-efficiency conditioning pre-treatment can increase the enterprise's income by 17.5 million yuan/year.
