摘　　要：外警培训是我国开展国际执法合作的重要组成部分,它的目标设置直接决定培训质量和层次高度。我国外警培训目标建设应围绕纵轴横线和轴线交叉结节为主构建。基于培训目标基本架构的目标体系建设,要根据基本架构完善目标体系的子体系,要用培训目标设置要项固定体系构成的各个目标,要用基本架构约束各个不同的目标指向。Foreign police training is an important part of China's international law enforcement cooperation.Its goal setting directly determines the quality and level of training.The construction of China's foreign police training goals should be mainly constructed around the cross nodule of vertical axis horizontal line and the axis.This construction should improve the sub-system of the target system according to the basic structure,set the goals of the fixed system with training objectives,and use the basic structure to restrict different target orientations.
