摘　　要：目的:总结小儿用药专业临床药师培训体会,为临床药师培训提供参考。方法:结合临床实践,探讨小儿用药专业临床药师参与儿科临床实践的思路及方法。结果:儿科疾病种类及儿童生理状态与成人比较差异较大,其药物选择在适应证、有效性、安全性、依从性的基础上,应充分考虑儿童用药特殊性。临床药师参与临床工作需转变思维模式、加强理论学习及医护患沟通,注重临床实践。结论:临床药师规范化培训可提高临床药师专业水平,解决临床用药问题。但目前小儿用药专业临床药师人员配备不足,能力有限,且小儿用药复杂多样,临床药师需不断提升自身知识储备,深入临床,促进儿科合理用药。Objective:To summarize the training experience of pediatric drug professional clinical pharmacists,so as to provide reference for professional clinical pharmacists.Methods:Combined with clinical practice,the thought and method of pediatric drug professional clinical pharmacists participating into pediatric clinical practice were investigated.Results:The types of pediatric diseases and physiological states of children were greatly different from those of adults.Therefore,the specificity of children’s medication should be fully considered in the selection of drugs based on indications,effectiveness,safety and compliance.In order to participate into the clinical work,clinical pharmacists were supposed to change their thinking mode,strengthen theoretical learning and communication with clinicians and patients,and pay attention to clinical practice.Conclusion:The standardized training can enhance the capacity of clinical pharmacists and solve the problem of clinical medication.However,the current professional clinical pharmacists are not enough,the ability is limited,and pediatric treatment is complex and diverse.Clinical pharmacists need to improve their knowledge continuously,play self-roles in clinic and promote the development of pediatric medication.
