摘　　要：本文在双Y移30°PMSM逻辑动态模型基础上,提出一种九开关变换器开关管开路故障诊断方法。建立九开关变换器开关管通断信号与电机相电压之间的逻辑关系,推导出电机驱动系统逻辑动态模型,通过逻辑动态模型提供的电压先验信息与含有故障信息的电压实际输出值比较,提取故障信息,可对任一开关管开路故障进行准确定位。A nine-switch converter open circuit fault diagnosis method was proposed based on dual Y shift 30 degrees PMSM logic dynamic model.The logical relationship between switch on-off signal of nine-switch converter and motor phase voltage was established,and then logic dynamic model of motor drive system was derived.The voltage prior information provided by logic dynamic model was compared with the voltage actual output value containing fault information.By extracting fault information,one switch tube open circuit fault can be accurately located.
