摘　　要：党的十八大以来,全面从严治党的战略部署成效显著,高校党建工作在其中发挥着重要作用。新时代的高校党务工作队伍建设在贯彻落实党中央的各项决策部署中呈现出不断向上向好的发展态势,为继续推动高校党务工作队伍建设和思想政治工作提供了重要的经验指导意义。高校党建工作面对新形势新变化,要加强整体谋划,发挥“引领力”、重视政治建设,提升“意志力”、完善制度体系,夯实“支撑力”、畅通发展渠道,体现“关怀力”。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the strategic deployment of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party has achieved significant results,in which party building work in universities has played an important role.The construction of the Party work team in colleges and universities in the new era has shown a continuous upward trend in the implementation of various decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee,providing important experience and guidance for continuing to promote the construction of the Party work team and ideological and political work in universities.The party building work in colleges and universities is facing new situations and changes.It is necessary to strengthen overall planning,leverage leadership,attach importance to political construction,enhance willpower,improve institutional systems,consolidate support,smooth development channels and reflect care.
