摘  要:通气浮子阀对民用客机燃油箱的通气起着重要作用。某民用大型客机配套的通气浮子阀在验证过程中先后出现了结冰试验卡滞、额定流量下通气关闭等故障,无法保障飞机燃油箱的正常通气。针对结冰试验故障,对产品的活门座、支架等零件进行了结构优化,并对活门座表面喷涂疏水性涂层,改进后产品通过了试验验证;对于产品在额定流量下通气关闭的问题,使用Fluent对燃油箱通气过程进行了流场仿真,并提取不同流量点下产品所受到的气动关闭力矩,对气动关闭力矩和重力打开力矩进行分析比较,根据计算结果对产品进行改进,解决了产品在额定流量下通气关闭的问题。Float vent valves play an important role for civil aircraft fuel tank venting.During the validation of the float vent valve for a large civil airliner,there were several failures,such as freezing in the icing test and being closed in the rated flow test occur,which cannot guarantee the normal venting of the fuel tank.For the icing test failure,the structure of the valve seat,the bracket and other parts of the product was optimized,and the hydrophobic coating is panted on the surface of the valve seat.The improved product passed the test verification.For the ventilation closing failure at rated flow,fluent was used to simulate the flow field during the ventilation process of the fuel tank,and pneumatic closing torque of different flow point was extracted for analysis and comparison with the gravity torque.According to the calculation results,the product was improved and the ventilation closing problem has been solved.
