摘 要:对于客/货两用飞机货舱烟雾探测系统,国内尚未开展过其功能验证试验,缺乏相应的试验标准。为了对某型客/货两用飞机货舱烟雾探测系统进行考核,借鉴民用运输类飞机常用的烟雾探测试验方法开展研发试验,结果表明试验方法并不适用。为重新制定试验方法,分析了不同种类烟雾发生器的特点,给出了烟雾发生器的选择建议。根据该型机货舱烟雾探测系统特点,提出了新的烟雾量确定方法及发烟位置选择方法。基于该型机的使用环境,确定了试验条件,形成了最终试验方案,完成了对该型机货舱烟雾探测系统的考核。该试验方法可为后续客/货两用飞机货舱烟雾探测系统考核试验提供参考。For the cargo compartment smoke detection system in Combi aircraft,its function verification test has not yet been carried out in China,and there is no corresponding test standards.In order to evaluate the smoke detection system in a Combi aircraft cargo compartment,the research and development tests were carried out using the smoke detection test method commonly used by civil transport aircraft for reference,and the results showed that the test method was not applicable.In order to reformulate the test method,the characteristics of different types of smoke generators were analyzed,and suggestions for the selection of smoke generators were given.According to the characteristics of the smoke detection system in the cargo cabin of the aircraft,a new method to determine the amount of smoke and to select the smoke location was proposed.Based on the operating environment of the cargo,the test conditions were determined,the final test method was formed,and the assessment of the cargo compartment smoke detection system was completed.This test method can provide reference for the cargo compartment smoke detection system test in Combi aircraft.
