摘　　要：沈氏女科第20代传人韩学杰基于《韩非子·喻老》“扁鹊见蔡桓公”中的疾病动态演变与动态治疗的描述,总结提出了健康态-疾病早期态-疾病态-危重症态四个阶段的疾病动态发展过程,进而提出了在以上四个阶段分别给予给邪出路、调养起居,注重疏通、调畅气机,保护脾胃、丸药缓图,先开胃口、后调阴阳的动态节点治疗之法,以此作为动态时空下的诊疗关键要素和治疗之法。以期在最佳时效节点对疾病进行干预,并为中医学者提供动态诊疗新思路。Han Xuejie,the 20th generation descendant of the academic school of Shen's gynecology,based on the description of the dynamic evolution and dynamic treatment of the disease in Han Fei Zi·Yu Lao Bian Que Jian Cai Huan Gong,and summarized the four stages of the disease dynamic development process of healthy state-early disease state-disease state-critically ill state,and then put forward the dynamic node treatment method of giving the evil way out,recuperating daily life,focusing on dredging,regulating Qi,protecting the spleen and stomach,using pill medicine for slow effects,appetizing first,adjusting Yin and Yang afterwards,and take the above as the key elements and treatment methods for diagnosis and treatment under dynamic time and space.It is hoped that the disease can be intervened at the best timeliness node,and it can provide Chinese medicine practitioners with a new idea of using dynamic methods of diagnosis and treatment.
