摘　　要：镫骨底板开窗术是在镫骨切除术基础上创建的一种手术技术,也是目前临床上治疗耳硬化症应用最为广泛的术式。自该术式问世以来,为了提高治疗耳硬化症的疗效和安全性,各学者一直在不断地探索和完善。本文就镫骨底板开窗术的手术工具、麻醉方法、鼓耳道皮瓣的制作、镫骨上部结构的去除、镫骨底板开孔的方式、镫骨假体的选择和放置以及镫骨底板开孔的封闭等的最新进展进行综述。Stapedotomy was created on the basis of stapedectomy,which is the most widely adopted surgical modality for otosclerosis in the clinical setting at present.To improve the efficacy and safety of treatment for otosclerosis,investigators have been constantly exploring and optimizing stapedotomy since it was invented.We review the latest progress of stapedotomy regarding surgical tools,anesthesia modalities,tympanomeatal flap creation,removal of the stapes superstructure,techniques in stapes footplate fenestration,selection and placement of stapes prosthesis as well as sealing of vestibulotomy site,etc.
