摘 要:溧阳景詹沙河大桥为(80+123+45)m的大跨径空间异形钢拱桥,采用空间异形钢拱与三跨曲线钢箱梁组合的结构,标准桥宽13.5 m。该桥拱肋以古琴造型为设计元素,拱肋内外边线采用幂次修正的对勾函数,截面为六边形,高62 m。全桥共设10根斜吊杆,上端采用耳板集中锚固于拱顶,下端采用锚箱与主梁连接,沿弧形道路中心线自然形成扇形索面。曲线主梁采用等高度单箱多室钢箱梁,梁高2.5 m,主墩,边墩处设置观景平台。主墩由钢拱脚和钢斜杆组成V构,可以有效减小主跨跨径、抵抗曲线钢箱梁外倾、部分平衡拱脚的水平力和弯矩。边墩采用V形立柱,桥头两侧为重力式桥台。经计算,拱脚节点、拱梁固结节点和拱顶吊杆锚固节点等关键节点构造的受力均符合要求。水中曲线钢箱梁采用带浮托顶推滑移的方法施工,主拱近似直线段采用在桥面上先纵向滑移再横向滑移最后竖向转体的方法施工。Chinese seven-stringed zither,the inner and outer edge lines of its hexagonal cross-section are a power-modified hook function.The walkways are paved with glass panels and there are also glass lookouts for leisure at the location of main and side piers.A total of 10 inclined suspenders are used,which are anchored at the arch crown using lug plates and to the deck using steel anchor boxes,creating a fan configuration along the central line of the curved deck.The main piers are rigid V-frames composed of the steel arch springing and inclined steel struts,which on the one hand effectively reduces the main span length,and on the other hand resists the outward inclination of the curved deck,thereby partially balancing the horizontal forces and bending moments in the arch springing.The side piers are V-shaped piers,and the two abutments are gravity structures.The calculations indicate that the load bearing capacities of the key nodes,including the arch-deck fixed connetion and the suspender anchor nodes in the arch meet the requirements.The curved steel box girders over the river were installed by the pushing and sliding method,aided by barges.The approximate straight arch rib sections were first longitudinally slid on the deck,then transversely slid and finally vertically rotated into position.
