摘　　要：目的了解年轻男男性行为者(young men who have sex with men,YMSM)自我接纳现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用“滚雪球”抽样法,通过6名不同人口学特征的“种子”招募研究对象,对四川省绵阳市YMSM采用自我接纳量表等进行问卷调查,用Pearson相关性、t检验和多元线性回归进行自我评价和自我接纳两因子及总得分的影响因素分析。结果有效问卷337份,总体平均分为(42.25±6.79)分,其中自我评价、自我接纳因子平均得分为(21.11±4.74)分、(21.14±3.61)分。多因素分析结果显示,年龄>20岁、有风险认识、近6个月肛交有保护与自我评价因子得分呈正相关,近6个月有异性性行为与该得分呈负相关(P<0.05);知晓艾滋病知识、有风险认识、首个同性性伴关系是朋友或熟人/认识、性伴相处坚持主张、近6个月肛交与自我接纳因子得分呈正相关(均P<0.05);年龄>20岁、知晓艾滋病知识、有风险认识、首个同性性伴关系是朋友或熟人/认识、性伴相处坚持主张、近6个月肛交与自我接纳总得分呈正相关,首次同性性行为年龄与总得分呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论YMSM自我接纳水平较高,自我接纳受多种因素影响,艾滋病知识、风险认识和性行为保护是YMSM自我接纳的促进因素,对艾滋病防治具有积极效应,可通过这些因素提高其自我接纳水平。Objective To understand the self-acceptance status of young men who have sex with men(YMSM)and analyze the influencing factors.Methods The Self-Acceptance Questionnaire(SAQ)was used to investigate YMSM in Mianyang city,Sichuan province,using the"snowball"sampling method to recruit subjects by using six"samples"of different demographic characteristics.Pearson correlation,t-test and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of self-acceptance and self-evaluation to aquire the scores of them.Results There were 337 valid questionnaires.The average scores of self-evaluation and self-acceptance factors were(21.11±4.74),(21.14±3.61),and the total scores were(42.25±6.79).Multivariate analysis:age>20 years,risk awareness,sex protection in the past 6 months were positively correlated with self-evaluation factor scores,heterosexual behavior in the past 6 months was negatively correlated with self-evaluation factor scores(P<0.05);awareness of AIDS know-ledge,awareness of risk,first homosexual partner relationship as a friend or acquaintance/understanding,insistence on sexual companionship,sex in the past 6 months were positively correlated with self-acceptance factor scores(P<0.05);age>20 years,knowledge of AIDS,awareness of risk,first homosexual partner relationship as a friend or acquaintance/understanding,persistence of sexual companionship,sex in the past 6 months were positively correlated with the total score of self-acceptance,and age of first homosexual sexual behavior was negatively correlated with the total score of self-acceptance(P<0.05).Conclusion YMSM has a relatively high level of self-acceptance and va-rious influencing factors,AIDS knowledge,risk awareness and protection of sexual behaviors are the contributing factors for YMSM's self-acceptance,which has a positive effect on AIDS prevention and treatment,and should be continuously promoted.
