摘  要:较多的研究集中在螺旋槽空气轴承的轴承参数和其稳定性、承载力的数值关联,以此为设计提供数据支持。随着螺旋槽轴空气轴承的应用范围越来越宽泛,如何使轴承在高温高热、充满烟气的燃烧工况下工作,需要考虑的因素就越来越多。量化分析这些影响因素,是提高设计的关键。螺旋槽轴承启停磨损的脱落颗粒和烟气颗粒,会在精密螺旋槽轴承运行中产生滞留沉积和冲蚀影响,长时间积累,会影响轴承的性能和寿命。基于气固两相流理论,在CFD(computational fluid dynamics)方程中添加欧拉-拉格朗日法的离散相模型,通过对纳维-斯托克斯方程和颗粒物动力平衡求解,研究了颗粒在螺旋槽径向空气轴承中的运动轨迹及沉积规律,量化分析了径向轴承参数和颗粒特征在其构型调整前后对颗粒沉积的影响,为探索螺旋槽径向空气轴承自清洁结构提供了有意义的参考。Many studies focus on the numerical correlation between the bearing parameters of spiral groove air bearing and its stability and bearing capacity,so as to provide data support for the design.As the application scope of spiral grooved shaft air bearings is wider and wider,more and more factors need to be considered to make the bearings work under the combustion condition of high temperature,high heat,and full of flue gas.Quantitative analysis of these influencing factors is the key to improve the design.The falling particles and flue gas particles worn during the start and stop of the spiral groove bearings will have the effects of retention,deposition,and erosion during the operation of the precision spiral groove bearings,and will accumulate for a long time,which will affect the performance and service life of the bearing.Based on the theory of gas-solid two-phase flow,the discrete phase model of the Euler-Lagrange method was added to the CFD equation.By solving the Navier-Stokes equation and the dynamic balance of particles,the motion trajectory and deposition law of particles in the spiral groove radial air bearings were studied,and the effects of radial bearing parameters and particle characteristics on particle deposition before and after its configuration adjustment were quantitatively analyzed.This work provides a meaningful reference for exploring the self-cleaning structure of spiral groove radial air bearings.
