摘  要:针对聚乙烯生产中催化剂加料器强制下料故障频发的问题,该研究基于加料器计量组件摩擦副接触不紧密引发强制下料的观点,提出通过分析计量组件摩擦自激振动特性探究强制下料发生机制的新思路,应用有限元复特征值法对计量组件摩擦自激振动特性进行了分析,分析表明现役计量组件在正常工况下易发生摩擦自激振动,且摩擦自激振动会改变浮动盘与计量盘之间的接触状态,是引发强制下料的重要原因。进一步地,将参数不确定性引入计量组件系统,基于响应面代理模型对系统摩擦振动性能进行可靠性评估,结果显示计量组件在考虑参数不确定时较理想设计状态更容易发生摩擦自激振动,摩擦振动性能亟待提高。参数全局灵敏度分析结果表明优化浮动盘相关参数是提升系统摩擦振动性能的重点,结合参数影响性分析,从摩擦振动的角度给出了计量组件改进具体措施。该研究结果可为加料器强制下料发生机制研究及计量组件优化设计提供有益参考。In view of the frequent malfunction of forced feeding of catalyst feeder in polyethylene production,this study is based on the point of view that the contact of friction pair of feeder metering components is not close enough that cause forced feeding.A new idea of exploring the mechanism of forced feeding by analyzing the characteristics of friction self-excited vibration of metering components was put forward,and the friction self-excited vibration characteristics of metering components were analyzed by using the complex eigenvalue method of finite element method.The analysis showed that the metering components were prone to friction self-excited vibration under normal working conditions,and the friction self-excited vibration would change the contact state between the floating disk and the metering plate,which was an important reason for forced blanking.Furthermore,the parameter uncertainty was introduced into the metering component system,and the reliability of the friction vibration performance of the system was evaluated based on the response surface agent model.The results show that when considering the parameter uncertainty,the metering component is more prone to friction self-excited vibration than the ideal design state,and the friction vibration performance needs to be improved urgently.The results of global sensitivity analysis of parameters show that further optimization of floating disk parameters is the key to improve the friction vibration performance of the system.Finally,combined with the analysis of the influence of parameters,the specific measures to improve the metering components are given from the point of view of friction vibration.The above research results can provide a useful reference for the study of the mechanism of forced feeding of feeder and the optimal design of metering components.
