摘 要:为了研究车间纵向减振器对空簧倾摆式高速列车相关动力学性能的影响,在某型高速动车组模型的基础上,考虑了包含倾摆阀的空簧非线性模型,建立了四动四拖八编组空簧倾摆式列车的动力学模型。通过改变车间纵向减振器的刚度阻尼参数分析其对空簧倾摆式列车稳定性、平稳性与曲线通过性能的影响。结果表明:车间纵向减振器能够减小空簧倾摆式列车的车体横移量,改善列车平稳性与曲线通过性能。其中横向平稳性指标值降低0.5%,轮轴横向力降低28.3%,轮轨垂向力降低3.3%,轮重减载率降低14.7%,脱轨系数降低40.9%;加装车间纵向减振器可以抑制空簧倾摆造成的车体1.3 Hz摇头振动,摇头角加速度幅值降低25.4%。安装合理参数的车间纵向减振器有利于提升空簧倾摆式列车的动力学性能。In order to study the influence of inter-vehicle longitudinal damper on dynamic performance of air spring tilting high-speed train,based on the model of a certain type of high-speed EMU,a nonlinear model of air spring containing tilting valve was considered,and a dynamic model of air spring tilting high-speed train with four motors and four trailers was established.By changing the stiffness and damping parameters of the inter-vehicle longitudinal damper,their influence on the stability,riding quality and curve performance of the air spring tilting train was analyzed.The results show that inter-vehicle longitudinal damper can reduce the lateral displacement of the car body of the air spring tilting train,and improve the riding quality and curve performance of the train.The lateral riding quality is reduced by 0.5%,the wheelset lateral force is reduced by 28.3%,the wheel-rail vertical force is reduced by 3.3%,the wheel unloading rate is reduced by 14.7%,and the derailment coefficient is reduced by 40.9%.At the same time,the inter-vehicle longitudinal damper can suppress the 1.3 Hz yawing head vibration of the car body caused by the air spring tilting,and the acceleration amplitude of the car body rocker angle is reduced by 25.4%.The installation of the inter-vehicle longitudinal damper with reasonable parameters is conducive to improving the dynamic performance of the air spring tilting train.
