摘　　要：L-薄荷醇是目前全球用量最大的凉味剂和重要的香料产品。本文综述了以间甲酚、月桂烯及柠檬醛为原料的3种L-薄荷醇工业化生产技术及研究进展,其中对以间甲酚为原料的工艺路线的研究进展作了比较深入的介绍,并对我国的L-薄荷醇产业化现状及发展方向进行了分析。Currently,L-menthol is a cooling compound with the maximum dosage and an important flavor product in the world.We described the industrial production technologies and research progresses of L-menthol by employing m-cresol,laurene and citral as raw materials.Then,the technology progress of m-cresol was introduced deeply.Especially,the status quo and development direction of the L-menthol industrialization in our country were analyzed.
