摘  要:研究水热法合成FeS_(2)/g-C_(3)N_(4)纳米复合材料在环氧树脂涂层中的摩擦学性能。X射线衍射仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪表征FeS_(2)与g-C_(3)N_(4)结合很好,化学纯度较高。扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜表征FeS_(2)很好结合在g-C_(3)N_(4)纳米片表面形成球/片二维结构,FeS_(2)粒径约200 nm。摩擦学性能测试结果显示,添加FeS_(2)/g-C_(3)N_(4)的环氧树脂润滑涂层润滑效果极佳、抗磨性能较高,是具有应用前景的新型复合涂层材料。The tribological properties of FeS_(2)/g-C_(3)N_(4) nanocomposites synthesized by hydrothermal method in epoxy resin coating were studied.X-ray diffractometer and fourier infrared spectrometer show that the combination of FeS_(2) and g-C_(3)N_(4) is very good and the chemical purity is high.Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy showed that FeS_(2) was well combined on the surface of g-C_(3)N_(4) nano-sheet to form a spherical/lamellar two-dimensional structure,and the particle size of FeS_(2) was about 200 nm.The test results of friction properties show that the epoxy resin lubricating coating with FeS_(2)/g-C_(3)N_(4) has excellent lubricating effect and high antiwear performance,and is a new composite coating material with application prospects.
