摘  要:某燃气公司在安全检查中主动发现燃气调压设备存在喘振现象。通过对罗茨表故障、管道堵塞、管道变径频繁及调压设备故障等方面的排查,结合调压设备零部件的替换验证,结果表明调压箱中的内置信号管,长短因素是导致喘振的直接原因。基于此排查中发现的问题,提出了避免燃气调压设备喘振的管理建议,以进一步保障燃气管网的安全稳定运行。The surge of gas pressure regulation equipment was found in the security check of a gas company.The gas meter malfunction,pipeline plugging,frequent change of pipeline diameter,and malfunction of gas pressure regulation equipment were analyzed during the investigation,combined with the substitution of element in gas pressure regulation equipment.The results showed that the length of the built-in signal tubes was the direct cause of the surge.Based on the analysis,the management suggestions to avoid surge of gas pressure regulation equipment were proposed to further guarantee the safe and stable operation of the gas pipeline.
