摘　　要：逆向物流作为绿色低碳经济的重要组成部分,其体系的完善将会带来巨大的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益。本文首先对逆向物流相关文献进行梳理,提炼出逆向物流的概念与驱动因素,其次基于不同类型产品的特点分别探究回收模式,总结不同类型产品回收模式存在的不足,并提出回收模式决策及实施建议,即基于循环经济理念,快递包装物适合自营回收模式;考虑到专业化处理及分散风险的需要,医疗废弃物更适合基于网络信息平台的第三方回收模式;对于具有二重性的废旧电子产品而言,适合基于生产者延伸责任制度的线上回收渠道加第三方企业回收的混合模式。在供应链视角下不断优化逆向物流回收模式,进而降低供应链整体运营成本与环境破坏风险,最终实现经济的协调可持续发展。As an important part of green low-carbon economy,the improvement of reverse logistics system will bring huge economic,ecological and social benefits.This paper first sorts out the relevant literature on reverse logistics,extracts the concept and driving factors of reverse logistics,then explores the recovery mode based on the characteristics of different types of products,summarizes the shortcomings of the recovery mode of different types of products,and puts forward the recovery mode decision-making and implementation suggestions,that is,based on the concept of circular economy,express packaging is suitable for the self operated recovery mode;considering the need of specialized treatment and risk dispersion,medical waste is more suitable for the third-party recycling mode based on the network information platform;for the dualistic waste electronic products,it is suitable for the mixed mode of online recycling channels based on the extended producer responsibility system and third-party enterprise recycling.Under the perspective of supply chain,the reverse logistics recovery mode is constantly optimized,so as to reduce the overall operation cost of the supply chain and the risk of environmental damage,and finally realize the coordinated and sustainable development of the economy.
