摘 要:文章基于农产品供应链网络的内涵价值,围绕以不确定优化数学模型构建滞销农产品逆向供应链网络为中心,建立了同时考虑网络总成本最小化和碳排放量最小化的多目标混合整数非线性规划模型,并借助三角模糊数、Lingo等工具优化了网络中设施的数量、位置和流量。研究表明:通过分析农产品滞销率在0.15~0.20范围内以及模糊参数增减10%的情况可知,模糊参数的变动会影响滞销农产品逆向供应链网络的经济效益,但设施选址方案是一致的,证明了模型的稳健性。此外,文章系统梳理农产品供应链网络研究现状、不确定优化模型刻画情况的意义在于,一方面为构建数学模型打实理论基础,另一方面为滞销农产品网络的构建研究提供了重要参考。Based on the connotation value of agricultural products supply chain network,this paper focuses on the construction of reverse supply chain network of unmarketable agricultural products with uncertain optimization mathematical model,a multi-objective mixed-integer nonlinear programming model was developed to minimize both the total cost of the network and the carbon emissions,the number,location and traffic of facilities in the network are optimized by means of triangular fuzzy number and Lingo.The results show that the unsalable rate of agricultural products is in the range of 0.15~0.20,and the fuzzy parameters increase or decrease by 10%.The change of fuzzy parameters will affect the economic benefit of reverse supply chain network of unsalable agricultural products,but the facility location scheme is consistent,which proves the robustness of the model.In addition,this paper systematically carded the research status of agricultural product supply chain network and described the situation of uncertain optimization model,on the other hand,it provides an important reference for the construction of unsalable agricultural products network.
