摘 要:物流行业已成为我国经济发展的新兴支柱产业。而物流仓储区平面布局及用地问题矛盾突出,物流仓储的平面布局的科学合理性决定了物流运输及物流园区各功能区能否高效运转。因此,运用科学合理的方法对仓储用地的平面布局进行优化是为园区各个功能区实现功能最优的基础。文章基于对物流仓储园区的各作业单元的系统关系进行分析,构建SLP模型,依托Anylogic平台对厂区内部各功能区之间的运输组织进行仿真建模,通过仿真数据分析对物流仓储平面布局的合理性进行研究。研究分析发现:基于SLP系统分析建模的物流仓储总平面布局满足一般平面组织要求,在园区运营管理中存在内外交通组织、货物分类分仓调配、空间协同等需要提升运营效率,在结论的基础上提出相关优化建议。The logistics industry has become a new pillar industry in China's economic development.However,the plane layout of the logistics storage area and the land use problem are contradictory.The scientific rationality of the plane layout of the logistics storage determines whether the functional areas of the logistics transportation and logistics park can operate efficiently.Therefore,using scientific and reasonable methods to optimize the plane layout of storage land is the basis for achieving the optimal function of each functional area of the park.Based on the analysis of the system relationship of each operation unit in the logistics warehousing park,this paper constructs the SLP model,simulates and models the transportation organization between various functional areas in the plant based on the Anylogic platform,and studies the rationality of the logistics warehousing plane layout through simulation data analysis.The research and analysis found that:The general layout of logistics warehousing based on SLP system analysis and modeling meets the requirements of general plane organization,and there are internal and external traffic organization,goods classification and warehouse allocation,space coordination and other needs in the operation management of the park to improve the operation efficiency.Based on the conclusions,relevant optimization suggestions are proposed.
