摘  要:基于炸药理论和爆轰成长规律,雷管的装药结构不同,其起爆能力的强弱也有所不同。若雷管的起爆能力不足会影响爆破效果和爆破安全,通过对2种不同装药结构雷管的起爆能力进行对比,试验结果表明,四装三压装药结构的雷管的起爆能力明显优于三装两压装药结构的雷管;在同种装药结构下,适当增加雷管底部药柱的压药压力,形成更加合理的药柱密度梯度可以有效增加雷管的起爆能力。Based on the theory of explosives and the law of detonation growth,the charge structure of detonators is different,and their detonation ability is also different.The insufficient detonation ability of detonator will affect the blasting effect and blasting safety.Two kinds of detonators with different charge structures are selected to compare the detonation ability.The results of the tests indicate that the detonator with a four-loaded three-pressure charge structure has a significantly better detonation ability than the one with a three-loaded two-pressure charge structure.Additionally,increasing the pressure of the grain at the bottom of the detonator under the same charge structure to create a more reasonable grain density gradient can effectively enhance the initiation ability.
