摘 要:普通电雷管用于煤矿井下爆破作业时,由于爆破产生的振动效应,后引爆的雷管很容易造成损坏,从而产生盲炮,导致爆破作业效果较差。为解决这一问题,根据民用爆炸物品行业发展规划要求,研制了专供煤矿井下爆破使用的电子雷管并对其进行应用。试用煤矿许用电子雷管共计224发,结果表明,爆破效果良好,掘进进尺理想,未发现盲炮,较电雷管时进尺更好;研制的煤矿许用电子雷管能很好地适应煤矿井下的爆破环境,能够有效地减少甚至杜绝盲炮,提高本质安全,改善爆破效果。When ordinary electric detonators are used in underground blasting operations in coal mines,due to the blasting vibration,the detonators that are detonated later are easily damaged,resulting in blind shots and poor blasting effect.In order to solve this problem,according to the requirements of the development plan of the civil explosives industry,a kind of electronic detonator specially used for underground blasting in coal mines is developed and applied.A total of 224 coal mine permissible electronic detonators are tested.The results show that the blasting effect is good,the tunneling footage is ideal,and no misfire is found,which is better than that of electric detonator.The coal mine permissible electronic detonator developed can well adapt to the blasting environment in coal mine,effectively reduce or even eliminate blind shots,improve intrinsic safety and blasting effect.
