摘 要:目前高速铁路接触网腕臂预配平台生产方式单一,生产流程不够智能化。本文提出的腕臂智能预配模块化平台可适用钢腕臂、铝腕臂以及简统化等多种生产方式。腕臂智能预配平台采用模块化设计,包含上料模块,切割、钻孔、喷码、修磨模块,零部件装配模块以及转运模块等,可三段独立控制,能有效增强平台生产效能,并为平台进行更新改造及结构创新预留扩展空间。该平台应用模块化智能化装备,实现了全流程自动化操作管理,提高了装配精度,并结合大数据管理,最大限度地节省了材料和人工成本。At present,the production method of pre-assembly platform for cantilever of high-speed railway overhead contact system is single,and the production process is not intelligent enough.The intelligent pre-assembly modular platform for cantilever proposed in this article can be applied to various production methods such as steel cantilever,aluminum cantilever,and simplidcation.The intelligent pre-assembly platform for the cantilever adopts a modular design,including a feeding module,a cutting,drilling,spraying,grinding module,a component assembly module,and a transportation module.It can be independently controlled in three stages,which can effectively enhance the production efficiency of the platform,and reserve space for expansion and structural innovation of the platform.This platfbnn applies modular and intelligent equipment,achieving full process automation operation management,improving assembly accuracy,and combining with big data management to minimize material and labor costs.
