摘  要:铁路通信机房电源是应用于铁路机房通信系统的高频电源,是铁路安全稳定运行的重要保障。一般情况下,铁路通信机房电源为输入工频三相交流电,经过整流和大电容滤波,输出极小纹波的直流电压,再经过为负载提供所需直流电的直流变换器进行电压等级转换。针对铁路通信机房供电系统输出功率为15 kW需求,介绍一种大功率单模块交-直-直电路拓扑,并对不同结构桥式直流转换器的器件应力进行比较分析,设计出一种全桥DC/DC电路输出环节的LC滤波电路。根据所设计电源功率等级大的特点,采用三相整流电路与全桥斩波-全桥DC/DC变换器,将工频三相交流电最终输出为48 V直流电,降低了无源器件体积,并在拓扑基础上进行了Simulink建模仿真和实验验证。The communication power supply of railway computer room is a high frequency power supply used in the communication system of railway computer room,which is an important guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the railway.In general,the communication power supply is input power frequency three-phase alternating current,and then through the rectification and large capacitance filtering,the output of minimal ripple DC voltage is achieved,and then through the DC converter to provide the required direct current for the load for voltage level conversion.Aiming at the demand of 15 kW power supply system in railway communication room,this paper introduces a kind of high power single module AC-DC-DC circuit topology,and compares and analyzes the device stress of different structures of bridge DC converter,and designs an LC filter circuit for the output link of full bridge DC/DC circuit.According to the characteristics of large power grade of the designed power supply,the three-phase rectifier circuit and full-bridge chopper-full-bridge DC/DC converter are used to output the three-phase AC power to 48 V DC,reducing the volume of passive devices,and on the basis of this topology,Simulink modeling simulation and experimental verification are carried out.
