侧向始发中的异形钢套筒设计方案研究与受力分析

摘　　要：本文以北京昌平线南延工程学院路站至西土城站盾构区间隧道为依托,通过建立数值模型,计算得出异形钢套筒筒身连接部位拉拔力峰值,分析异形钢套筒与预埋钢板焊缝连接处在盾构掘进过程中的受力规律。依据研究结论提出异形钢套筒侧向始发理念,综合施工现场因素确定异形钢套筒楔形角为45°、长边为7.9 m、短边为0.8 m、筒身厚度为2 cm等设计参数,并对异形钢套筒在始发掘进过程筒身受力变形规律进行分析。异形钢套筒始发设计方案成功应用于北京昌平线南延工程学院路站至西土城站盾构区间隧道,总体实施效果良好,研究成果可为类似工程设计和施工提供参考。This paper is based on the shield interval tunnel from the College Road Station of the South Extension Engineering of Beijing Changping Line to the Xitucheng Station.Through the establishment of a numerical model,the peak value of the drawing force at each connection of the special-shaped steel sleeve barrel is calculated,and the stress law of the connection between the special-shaped steel sleeve and the embedded steel plate weld during the shield tunneling process is analyzed.The concept of lateral initiation of special-shaped steel sleeve is put forward based on the research conclusions,and the design parameters such as the wedge angle of special-shaped steel sleeve is 45°,the long side is 7.9 m,the short side is 0.8 m,and the barrel thickness is 2 cm are determined based on the construction site factors.Moreover,the stress deformation law of the cylinder body during the starting tunneling of the special-shaped steel sleeve is analyzed.The starting design technology of the special-shaped steel sleeve has been successfully applied to the shield tunnel between the College Road Station and the Xitucheng Station of the South Extension Engineering of Beijing Changping Line.The overall implementation effect is good,and the research results can provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
