摘 要:电动汽车在中国的持续发展使充电基础设施的建设被广泛关注,加速居民区充电基础设施的布局能够提高电动汽车用户的充电便捷性。本文运用博弈论从成本和收益的角度构建充电桩运营商、小区物业和电动汽车用户的三方博弈充电服务费定价模型;然后,以内部充电运营为主的老旧小区和开展对外私桩共享的新建小区作为设计案例,模拟得到以充电设施运营商为博弈主导方的博弈均衡解;最后,从充电桩运营商角度进行敏感性分析,探讨了不同因素在新旧小区场景下对充电服务费的影响,为制定适合居民区场景的充电服务费价格提供了参考。With the continuous development of electric vehicles in China,the construction of charging infrastructure has been widely concerned.Accelerating the layout of charging infrastructure in residential areas can improve the charging convenience of electric vehicle users.Based on the game theory,this paper constructs a charging service fee pricing model of charging facility operators,residential property and electric vehicle users from the perspective of cost and income.Secondly,the old residential area mainly engaged in internal charging operation and the new residential area mainly carrying out external charging pile sharing are taken as design cases,and the game solution with charging facility operator as the dominant player is obtained through simulation.Finally,the sensitivity analysis is carried out from the perspective of charging facility operators,and the influence of different factors on charging service fee in the new and old residential area scenarios is discussed,which provides a reference for developing charging service fee suitable for residential areas.
