南方地区改性乳化沥青粘层油技术指标研究

摘　　要：为研究适用于南方高温多雨地区的改性乳化沥青粘层油技术指标,采用自制层间材料剪切试验仪和拉拔试验仪,测试改性乳化沥青粘层油剪切强度、拉拔强度与沥青基本性能间的相关性,并提出南方地区改性乳化沥青粘层油技术指标范围。结果表明:改性乳化沥青软化点与60℃时剪切、拉拔强度呈正相关;25℃针入度与25℃时拉拔强度呈负相关,与25℃时剪切强度不相关;5℃延度与低温拉拔强度呈正相关;25℃弹性恢复率与车辙原板、轮碾板的25℃拉拔强度呈强正相关;60℃动力粘度与25℃、60℃时剪切强度呈强正相关;25℃韧性、粘韧性与拉拔强度具呈正相关,与剪切强度不相关。因此,建议调整软化点指标为≥55℃,25℃针入度指标为40~100dmm,5℃延度指标为≥30cm;同时建议新增指标,25℃弹性恢复率≥50%,60℃动力粘度≥500Pa·s,25℃韧性、粘韧性作为报告指标。In order to study the technical index of modified emulsified asphalt tack coat for high temperature and rainy area in south China,the shear test instrument and pull-out test instrument of interlayer material are used to test the correlation between shear strength,pull-out strength with basic properties of modified emulsified asphalt.And the technical index range of modified emulsified asphalt tackcoat in southern China are proposed.The results show that the softening point of modified emulsified asphalt is positively correlated with the shear and drawing strength at 60℃.The penetration at 25℃is negatively correlated with pull-out strength at 25℃,but not correlated with the shear strength at 25℃.The ductility at 5℃is positively correlated with low temperature pull-out strength.The elastic recovery rate at 25℃has a strong positive correlation with the pull-out strength at 25℃of rutted plates and wheel rolled plates.The dynamic viscosity at 60℃is positively correlated with the shear strength at 25℃and 60℃.Tenacity and toughness at 25℃are positively correlated with pull-out strength,but not correlated with shear strength.It is suggested to adjust the softening point index for≥55℃,the penetration index for 40~100 dmm at 25℃,the ductility index for≥30 cm at 5℃.And it is suggested to add new indexes,the elastic recovery rate≥50%at 25℃,dynamic viscosity≥500Pa⋅s at 60℃,tenacity and toughness at 25℃as reporting indexes.
