摘 要:确定岩体力学参数是工程安全中要解决的重要问题,并直接影响隧道开挖方式以及支护材料的选用,是工程中实现节能低碳的重要手段。本文采用离散元软件3DEC进行数值模拟分析,利用该软件内嵌的离散裂隙网络生成模块,并结合现场采集的隧道节理几何参数,创建了近似现场实际裂隙分布情况的节理岩体模型,通过室内试验等手段,获取了较完整岩石及节理的力学参数,构建了多尺寸的随机节理岩体模型。对模型进行单轴压缩模拟,统计整理各尺寸下模拟结果,分析节理岩体力学参数的尺寸效应,确定节理岩体的表征单元体尺寸,进而确定岩体力学参数。由数值模拟分析得出结论:运用离散裂隙网络技术可以较好地处理非贯通节理;岩体单轴抗压强度及弹性模量具有尺寸效应,随岩体尺寸增大,单轴抗压强度及弹性模量逐渐减小,最终趋于稳定;确定节理岩体的表征单元体尺寸在8~9m左右,得到节理岩体单轴抗压强度为0.21MPa,弹性模量为1.43GPa。The determination of the mechanical parameters of rock mass directly affects the tunnel excavation method and the selection of supporting materials,which is an important means to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction in engineering.This paper uses the discrete element software 3DEC for numerical simulation analysis.Using the discrete fracture network generation module embedded in the software and combined with the joint parameters of Qingdao tunnel collected on site,a joint rock mass model similar to the actual fracture distribution on site is created.The mechanical parameters of relatively complete rocks and joints are obtained through laboratory tests,and a multi-dimensional random jointed rock mass model is constructed.This paper carried out uniaxial compression simulation on the model,counted and sorted out the simulation results under various sizes,analyzed the size effect of mechanical parameters of jointed rock mass,determined the characterization unit size of jointed rock mass,and then determined the mechanical parameters of rock mass.From the numerical simulation analysis,it is concluded that the discrete fracture network technology can better deal with non through joints.The uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus of rock mass have size effect.With the increase of rock mass size,the uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus gradually decrease and finally tend to be stable.It is determined that the characterization unit size of jointed rock mass is about 8~9m,and the uniaxial compressive strength of jointed rock mass is 0.21MPa and the elastic modulus is 1.43GPa.
