摘 要:为了解决传统支护方法存在的工艺复杂、材料消耗极大、职工劳动强度大等问题,马兰矿根据实际情况,拟在12706切眼0~150 m段实施全断面全锚支护。研究表明,全断面全锚支护技术与传统常规施工方法相比,工期缩短了30 d,支护材料投入节省195778元左右,极大地降低了职工的劳动强度。In order to solve the problems of traditional support methods,such as complex process,huge material consumption and high labor intensity of employees,Malan Coal Mine planned to implement full-section full-anchor support in the 0-150 m section of 12706 open-off cut according to the actual situation.Studies have shown that compared with the traditional construction methods,the full-section full-anchor support technology can shorten the construction period by 30 days,and save about 195778 yuan in support materials investment,and the labor intensity of employees has been greatly reduced.
