摘  要:基于雷达机房现有热环境与制冷模式存在的问题以及弊端,通过发射机热平衡公式和CTEI指数得出:增加两台针对发射机进风通道的空调,降低了热平衡公式Tin的数值;更换更大功率的低噪声轴流式风机SFG3.5-2型,将风机排风风速hc提升了三倍;缩短排风管长度以提高热量排出雷达机房的效率;增加排风管面积,增大热平衡公式中的参数A0。在满足机房理想环境温度标准的同时,达到了节省雷达机房的电力消耗、降低PUE值的目的。Based on the problems and drawbacks present in the existing heat environment and cooling mode of the radar room,and through the use of the transmitter heat balance formula and CTEI index,it has been determined that adding two air conditioners specifically for the transmitter air inlet channel has reduced the value of Tin in the heat balance formula;replacing the low noise axial flow fan SFG3.5-2 with a higher power model has tripled the fan exhaust velocity hc;shortening the exhaust pipe length to improve the efficiency of heat dissipation from the radar room;and increasing the exhaust pipe area,which increases the parameter A0 in the heat balance formula.By achieving the ideal environment temperature standards for the room,the goal of saving electricity consumption and reducing PUE value has been achieved.
