摘  要:研究生创新能力的提升是高校研究生教育关注的重点,创新行为是创新能力的表现。为揭示研究生主动创新行为的影响因素,研究基于自我决定理论,构建了以和谐式创新激情为中介变量,导学关系为调节变量的专业认同对研究生主动创新行为的影响机制模型。运用SPSS26.0和MPLUS8.3软件对413份研究生问卷进行实证分析,结果表明,专业认同正向影响研究生主动创新行为;和谐式创新激情在专业认同与研究生主动创新行为之间起中介作用;导学关系正向调节专业认同与和谐式创新激情的关系且正向调节和谐式创新激情在专业认同与研究生主动创新之间的中介作用。根据研究结论,建议通过提高研究生的专业认同、构建维系高质量的导学关系和推进创新学习环境氛围建设等方式激发研究生主动创新行为。The improvement of postgraduate innovation ability is an urgent topic facing college education,and innovative behavior is the manifestation of innovation ability.In order to reveal the influencing factors of postgraduates'proactive innovation behavior,based on the theory of self-determination,this paper constructs a mechanism model of the effect of professional identity on postgraduates'proactive innovation behavior,with harmonious innovation passion as the mediating variable and tutor-graduate relationship as the moderating variable.SPSS26.0 and MPLUS8.3 software were used for empirical analysis on 413 questionnaires.The results suggest that professional identity has a positive effect on the postgraduates'proactive innovation behavior;harmonious innovation passion has a positive and partial mediating effect on the relationship between professional identity and postgraduates'proactive innovation behavior;tutor-graduate relationship positively moderates the relationship between professional identity and harmonious innovation passion;the tutor-graduate relationship positively moderates the mediating effect of harmonious innovation passion between professional identity and postgraduates'proactive innovation.According to the research conclusions,it is suggested that postgraduates'proactive innovation behavior should be stimulated by improving their professional identity,building and maintaining high-quality tutor-graduate relationships,and promoting the construction of innovative learning environment.
