摘　　要：时代在快速发展,计算机技术手段广泛应用在人们日常生活中,这在一定程度上促进了我国计算机信息系统集成项目的发展。与传统项目不同的是,计算机系统集成项目有着众多优势,能够实现传统项目管理手段难以达到的效果,提高了计算机系统集成项目稳定性。因此,若要保证计算机信息系统集成项目管理质量,则需要技术人员了解实际情况,将计算机信息系统集成项目作为基础,制定相应项目管理措施。因此,文章将集成项目作为切入点,分析项目管理在计算机信息系统集成中的应用情况及应用路径,以期对相关工作人员起到帮助。The era is rapidly developing,and computer technology is widely used in people's daily lives,which has to some extent promoted the development of computer information system integration projects in China.Unlike traditional projects,computer system integration projects have numerous advantages,which can achieve results that traditional project management methods cannot achieve and improve the stability of computer system integration projects.Therefore,to ensure the quality of computer information system integration project management,technical personnel need to understand the actual situation,use the computer information system integration project as the foundation,and develop corresponding project management measures.In this regard,the article takes integration projects as the starting point to analyze the application situation and path of project management in computer information system integration,in order to help relevant staff.
