信息系统在社区卫生服务管理中的应用

摘　　要：为分析研究信息系统在社区卫生服务管理的作用,探索全新的卫生服务模式,在2021年1月社区卫生服务中心开始建设中成药信息管理系统。在2020年之前,其选择50例中成药治疗患者,在2021年实施后选择50例中成药治疗患者,对比信息系统实施前后的管理效果。在信息系统实施后,发现在患者管理中药品发放正确率、工作满意度、工作人员表现优良率等方面都明显高于实施前,并且药品差错率不断降低,具备统计差异(P<0.05)。因此,对于社区卫生服务管理工作来说,通过融入信息系統,提高了中成药的合理利用率,药品发放量有所提高,患者的满意度也在不断提升,药物使用差错率在降低,并且可以激发工作人员的积极性,具备非常好的效果,可以在更大的范围内推广应用。In order to analyze and study the role of the information system in the management of community health services and explore a new health service model,the article began to build a proprietary Chinese medicine information management system in January 2021.Before 2020,50 patients treated with proprietary Chinese medicines were selected,and 50 patients treated with proprietary Chinese medicines were selected after the implementation in 2021,and the management effects before and after the implementation of the information system were compared.After the implementation of the information system,it was found that the correct rate of distribution of traditional Chinese medicines in patient management,job satisfaction,and the rate of excellent and good performance of staff were significantly higher than before the implementation,and the drug error rate was constantly decreasing,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Therefore,for the management of community health services,by integrating into the information system,the rational utilization rate of proprietary Chinese medicines has been improved,the amount of medicines distributed has been improved,the satisfaction of patients has also been continuously improved,and the error rate of drug use has been reduced.It can stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff,have very good results,and can be promoted and applied on a larger scale.
