摘　　要：计算机信息系统集成是一种微机一体化的处理手段,也是今后计算机技术领域的主要发展趋势,在项目管理中的应用前景广阔,对于精细化管理模式的发展有着至关重要的作用。而计算机信息系统集成本身就是一个综合性的项目,涉及诸多专业领城,需要工程师按照规范流程来合理应用管理方法,确保集成项目目标得以实现。基于此,文章对计算机信息系统集成项目管理进行论述。Computer information system integration is a processing method of microcomputer integration,and it is also the main development trend in the field of computer technology in the future.It has broad application prospects in project management and plays a crucial role in the development of refined management models.The integration of computer information systems itself is a comprehensive project that involves many professional fields,requiring engineers to apply management methods reasonably according to standardized processes to ensure that the integration project objectives are achieved.Based on this,the article discusses the management of computer information system integration projects.
