摘　　要：在对外贸易过程中,外贸企业需了解不可抗力条款的重要性。通过对不同法源下的不可抗力制度比较,总结了签订不可抗力条款的必要性,阐述了拟定不可抗力条款的注意事项。通过案例说明了外贸企业在发生不可抗力事件后应采取的措施。In the process of foreign trade,foreign trade enterprises need to understand the importance of force majeure clauses.Through the comparison of the force majeure system under different legal sources,the necessity of signing force majeure clauses is summarized,and the precautions for formulating force majeure clauses are elaborated.Some examples illustrate the measures that foreign trade enterprises should take after the occurrence of forcemajeureevents.
