摘　　要：软件过程度量是软件工程领域的一个重要研究课题,也是当前软件过程改进与质量保证的重要依据。本文从分析软件过程度量的概念、定义、目标、意义等入手,对现有软件过程度量体系进行了总结和分析,并针对当前软件过程度量存在的问题,对度量指标体系和标准进行了改进和完善。Software process measurement is an important research topic in the field of software engineering,and it is also an important basis for current software process improvement and quality assurance.This paper focuses on the analysis of the concept,definition,goal and significance of software process measurement,summarizes and analyzes the existing software process measurement system,and improves and perfects the measurement index system and standards targeting the problems existing in the current software process measurement。
